Tod S. Mercer is a native Oklahoman, born in Oklahoma City on December 22, 1958. Shortly thereafter his mother and father moved the family back to their hometown of Lawton, Oklahoma. Mr. Mercer graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1984 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Mr. Mercer graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in December 1990. (918) 420-5850

Mr. Johnson has been practicing law in Oklahoma since 1958. He is a graduate of Staunton Military Academy and Washington and Lee University. His major in college was biology. His practice, though general, includes legal and medical malpractice, domestic cases, probate, real estate, products liability, and personal injury. (918) 743-0459
