Mr. Hilderley was born in Jackson, Michigan on March 12, 1973. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Detroit. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Michigan State University School of Law in 1999.

Mr. Hilderley practiced in the areas of real estate, municipal law, probate and estate planning and civil litigation with the Law Office of Robert D. Flack. Mr. Hilderley then moved on to Collins, Einhorn, Farrell and Ulanoff in Southfield, Michigan. At Collins, Einhorn, Mr. Hilderley practiced in the area of toxic tort litigation. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Hilderley practiced in the areas of business/corporate law, real estate, civil litigation and estate planning with Parker & Adams, P.C. in Jackson, Michigan.
